- Description
- This is a sources sought. No award will be issued from this notice. This sources sought is for a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract�s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor�s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking to obtain support to provide HVAC/Lights/Power Outlets/Generator Services in Barbados. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provideHVAC/Lights/Power Outlets/Generator Services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this sources sought. See attached performance work statement for additional details. Performance Requirements are as follows- 5.1 The Contractor shall provide services for all labor, transportation, equipment, materials necessary to perform Diesel fuel for HVAC/Lights/Power Outlets/Generators. The Contractor shall provide diesel fuel HVAC/Lights/Power Outlets/Generators during the entire period of performance at the location and dates specified in Attachment 1 in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Items provided must be industry standard to provide visibility and security from dusk until dawn or during times of limited visibility due to weather. 5.1.2. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary to deliver, set-up, maintain, and remove equipment. 5.1.3. The Contractor and Government representative shall conduct a joint inspection of all contracted equipment. The COR shall conduct a joint equipment inspection with the Contractor to ensure physical and mechanical condition of the equipment satisfies the US Government�s needs and safety requirements at the time of delivery. 5.1.4. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and repairs. 5.1.5. The Contractor shall clean up and remove all spills of Hazardous Materials (oils, fuel, hydraulic fluid, etc.) caused by the Contractor during the performance of this contract.
