USAF requests the Brand Name purchase of Frozen Hexcel Material: Item Number 1 � QTY: 1000 Yards (delivered in 2 equally split deliveries of 500 yards, December 2023, March 2024), (P/N: L6177) 7781 38"" F155-5:38%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 7781 Item Number 2 � QTY: 500 Yards (delivered in December 2023), (P/N: L5160) 120 38"" F155-5:45%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 120 Item Number 3 � QTY: 700 Yards (delivered in 2 equally split deliveries of 350 Yards, December 2023, March 2024), (P/N: L6150) 1582 38"" F155-5:38%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 1582 Item Number 4 � QTY: 500 Yards (delivered in December 2023), (P/N: L5161) 1543 38"" F155-5:37%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 1543 Item Number 5 - QTY: 900 Yards (delivered in March 2024) 7781GL/3501-5A;36%;301AW;50"" per specification LB0130-134 Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS8-79/Rev AE line item for every batch or LB0130-134 line item for every batch and provide report for every shipment. All shipments must include product shelf life, date of shipment & date of manufacture information. All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB.
