- Restoration of 2 technical shafts and 7 adjacent bathrooms: Plumbing: The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: - Line/ downpipe renovation - Renovation of cold, hot water and sewage pipes in bathrooms - Dismantling + disposal of sanitary equipment - Delivery, installation, and assembly of sanitary equipment Tiling: The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: - Demolition and disposal of tiling - Preparing the surfaces incl. plastering, damp proofing, straightening the wall, levelling the screed - Tiling of floor and wall Electrical: The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Disconnecting and connecting all installations in the bathrooms Replacing sockets and switches Replace exhaust fans
