- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency, National Capital Region (DISA-NCR), Fort Meade, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with InterImage, Inc. at 4301 Fairfax Dr. Suite 205, Arlington, VA 22203 to support continued maintenance and sustainment for the Joint Operations Planning & Execution System (JOPES), and Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM). This requirement is for sustainment, maintenance, and project management support services to ensure the system availability, stability, and interoperability of the JOPES and JCRM legacy systems. The scope of this effort will include configuration management, information assurance and cybersecurity support, software deployment, software maintenance, Tier 3 help desk support, and scheduling support. The resulting contract will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis. The period of performance is a 12-month base period with two optional periods of six months. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the limited source authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by an approved Limited Source Justification and Approval (J&A). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
