- US Department of Justice,�Criminal Division SOLUTIONS SOUGHT - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Email List Service / Communication Support US Department of Justice Criminal Division is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine viable FedRamp authorized/approved software applications to allow the Division to send high volumes of Unclassified but Confidential and/or Sensitive email(s), newsletters, DOJ Highlights to Federal, State, and Local Government officials and selected non-government members.� Respondents are asked to provide a sampling or a demonstration of offered solution(s).� Upon completion of DOJ review and analysis of offered solutions, a formal Request For Information (RFI) and/or Solicitation (Request for Quote/Proposal) with a draft/final Statement of Work (SOW) may be published for a potential contract opportunity. Basic Requirements: Lists must support between 50,000-100,000 email addresses each with potential for growth. List users must be able to attach files to emails being sent out. Lists must filter out out-of-office and other automatic replies and not make it back to the senders. Lists must have subscription automation capability, via emailing a �mailman� address or filling out a web form. Lists must have the customizable form fields. Lists must have a level of security confidence for sensitive information to be sent out to law enforcement. This is NOT classified information but should have an assurance of security. Cloud Solutions must be FedRamp authorized. Desired but not mandatory: Ability for bounce backs to be automatically removed.� THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach.� In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Any contract that might be awarded based on information received or derived from this market research will be the outcome of a competitive process.� Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.� All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor�s expense.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/P), if any are issued.� The formal closing date/time for this RFI and for the submission of responses is December 22, 2023 Noon, Eastern Standard Time.
