The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Janitorial Services in the NCT group in Northern California-Modesto ATCT (MOD), Red Bluff SSC (RBL), Sacramento ATCT (SMF) and Stockton ATCT (SCK). The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J. This acquisition is a set aside for certified 8(a) small businesses. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561720. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. Please review all pages of the attached Solicitation before submission of proposals.
