Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 � Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice and following the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The �Department of Homeland�Security, Office of the Chief Human Capital�Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for this requirement under the Secretary�s Award Ceremony in accordance with the�attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested vendors should following instructions outlined in RFQ No. 70RDA224Q00000002 Please see attached RFQ for the requirement evaluation factors.�
