**SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY** US ARMY HERITAGE AND EDUCATION CENTER DIGITIZATION Description The end state is to have the USAHEC's archival collections digitized and rendered in TIFF and PDF digital documents with 400 PPI and meeting FADGI 3* quality. However, several linkages must be accomplished before this end state is achieved. Documents must be removed from the archives, reviewed for CUI and classified material, go through minimal archival preservation processing (foldering, removal of fasteners, etc.), barcoding, the creation of metadata, scanning, the return of the physical collections, the creation of the digital products, the transfer of digital products to AWS S3, and then the movement from AWS S3 to the USAHEC collection management system for availability in the public user interface. � Include NAICS: 519210 and 561110 Period of Performance Base Year: 27 March 2024 to 26 March 2025 Option Year 1: 27 March 2025 to 26 March 2026 Option Year 2: 27 March 2026 to 26 March 2027 Option Year 3: 27 March 2027 to 26 March 2028 Option Year 4: 27 MArch 2028 to 26 March 2029� See Attachments for Performance of Work Statement
