- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF THE REQUIREMENT OF W519TC-24-Q-2013 In Accordance with FAR Subpart 5.3 DATE: 11 December 2023 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: 3055 Rodman Ave, Rock Island, IL 61299-8000 SOLICITATION: W519TC-24-Q-2013 FSC CODE: 5445 � PREFABRICATED TOWER STRUCTURES NAICS CODE: 332312 - This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in fabricating structural metal products, such as assemblies of concrete reinforcing bars and fabricated bar joists. SUBJECT: STEEL UTILITY POLES CLOSING DATE RESPONSE: 26 December 2023 DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. The Government contemplates awarding a one-time Firm Fixed Price Contract. Supply Description: Steel Utility Poles in accordance with the Statement of Work and associated drawing. The Statement of Work and drawing shall be included with the release of the solicitation. Place of Performance: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant 1 C Tree Road McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 United States This procurement will be 100% set aside for small business.� FOB Destination. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 27 December 2023 with a closing date of approximately 12 January 2024.� The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://sam.gov.� Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the Sam.gov website and is the contractor�s responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.� The point of contact is David�Shaffer at David.V.Shaffer.civ@army.mil.�
