- Description
- The Pentagon Library requires Software as a Service (SaaS) support to provide Information Guide Subscriptions and License support. The Pentagon Library requires a solution that combines the following functionality in support of its mission: an easy-to-use content management system specifically designed for libraries, a library reference platform that improves the quality and accuracy of FAQs and reference question tracking and metrics, and a tool to record, track, and analyze library statistics from a variety of data sources. The Department of Defense (DoD) Washington Headquarters Services - Acquisition Directorate (WHS-AD), on behalf of the History and Library Directorate-Pentagon Library intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source basis.
