- Description
- The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Training facility for Palestinian Security Forces SWAT team. The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue an RFP and award a Firm-Fixed Priced type contract during the first quarter of calendar year 2024. The requirement is to provide a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) training facility for the Palestinian Security Forces located in Jericho, West Bank. The facility shall be modern and suitable for training that provides greater weapons proficiency both in static and dynamic conditions in high-risk operations scenarios. The training facility shall be located within 2-hour ground vehicular commute (one way) from West Bank (Jericho). It is anticipated that there will be one (1) Base Year and three (3) Option Years. RPSO intends to issue the solicitation package in December 2023, with a pre-proposal conference to be announced at a later date. Contract award is expected in January 2024, with a possible contract start date on February 01, 2024. Companies interested in the solicitation should express their interest by written correspondence, no later than December 25th, 2023, at the following email address (DyaneA@state.gov) and SHALL include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone, Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the Firm. APPLICATION FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTATION CHECK LIST In applying for the solicitation material, you are acknowledging that your company is able to reach compliance with the following highlighted requirements included in the solicitation. In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), it will be necessary for your organization to possess authorization to operate and do business in the country in which this contract will be performed. Furthermore, authorization shall include the requirement to be registered to do business in the country of performance. Offerors must have an active System Award Management (SAM.gov) registration.
