Ft. (ABOA): 115,074 Maximum RSF: 139,000 Space Type: Office, Lab, Wareyard, Light Industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 21 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 20 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements:�Please see the attachments.
