- Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the description on the combined solicitation synopsis and to extend the date responses are due. *The Period of Performance for the subsequent contract award will be from the date of contract award through 10/31/24. This is for the annual subscription ending 10/31/24. If you have already submitted a quotation, the government is requesting that you resubmit based on this updated information. If you do not send an updated quote, your original submitted quotation will not be considered during the evaluation and will not be considered during award. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to procure Dell EMC� hardware support, software support, and hard drives through a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under a limited competition between Dell and their authorized distributors on a low price and technically acceptable bases. Please see attached Buy Terms and Parts List. (i) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number is N68335-23-R-0239(iii) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This solicitation is open to all business sizes. NAICS is 513210. PSC code is 7650 (v) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, is incorporated. (vi) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer. (vii) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items is incorporated. (viii) FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -Commercial Items is incorporated in this contract by full text; the following provisions apply: 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons (Mar 2015). (ix) Additional clauses and provisions and requirements: 52.204-13 System for Award Management Maintenance OCT 2016 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item The Government may require the delivery of the numbered line item, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the Schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 60 days of Option. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.
