This is a full and open requirement under NAICS Code 811210. All interested parties must be listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to linda.gates@va.gov, to be received no later than 11:00 AM CST, Thursday, December 14, 2023.
