- This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for Solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is intended for market research purposes only and to make appropriation acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instruments Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN)) 8, VA Sunshine Healthcare Network, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Commodities Team is seeking a business who can provide Automated Capillary Serum and Urine Electrophoresis Analyzer System (Cost Per Test) to support continued in-house testing service for VA Healthcare Systems in Florida and Puerto Rico. The Automated Capillary Serum and Urine Electrophoresis System includes cost per test for Instrumentation, Reagents, Consumables, Equipment, Service and Maintenance for a base of twelve months and four twelve month options medical facilities located in Miami, Tampa, Orlando and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, FAX, Email, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identifier Code (UEI), Socio-Economic Category i.e.,(SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government to determine your company capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the SAM Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent to via email no later than 12:00 hours (12:00 PM), Eastern Standard Time on January 5, 2024. Telephone and facsimile response will not be considered.
