The purpose of amendment 0003 is to inform that SF330 will not need a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ). Past performance will be review by Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Sub-Factor 1 Exhibit B is removed from the evaluations factors.
