- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Home Sleep Apnea Testing Services for the VA St. Louis Health Care System, John Cochran Division located in Missouri. This procurement is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 621610 - Home Health Care Services, with a size Standard of $19 Million, and Product Service Code (PSC) of Q403 - Medical- Evaluation/screening. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Base plus three (3) option years contract. All details will be included in the RFQ, which will be released soon. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. RFQ responses shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - 36C25524Q0092 in the subject line to Courtney.Chattman@va.gov. All amendments and other information pertaining to this RFQ will be published to SAM.gov.
