- Description
- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Jet Dock Systems, Inc. for jet docks in support of Maritime Expeditionary Security Group Two.� This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solicitation.
