- Please see the attached Justification for other Than Full and Open Competition to increase the VBA Medical Disability Examination (MDE) contract maximum examination volume by 40% from 7.7 million to 10.8 million exams to enable continued contract utilization through the end of fiscal year 2024 when the current option year (Option Year 4) expires. In accordance with FAR 5.2, the Justification is hereby publicized.
