***A Q&A has been posted on 12/15/23 containing responses to questions that were submitted. -------------------------------------------------------------- An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Date: Monday, 11 December 2023 Time: 10:00 a.m. CST Location: Pomme de Terre Project Office U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pomme de Terre Lake Office 23697 County Road 218 Hermitage, MO 65668 SYNOPSIS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ24Q1011 and it is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Quotes are due on the date and time specified in BOX 8 on page 1. Quotes shall be submitted in PDF format via email to erick.s.ottoson@usace.army.mil. All quotes must be good for at least ninety days from the due date. Email is preferred. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $9,500,000. The Product/Service Code is S208 (Housekeeping - Landscaping/Groundskeeping). Description of Services Required: Mowing and trimming services at various park locations overseen by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers� Pomme de Terre Lake Project Office in Hermitage, Missouri. The specific locations and additional details are set forth in the accompanying performance work statement. Date(s) and Location of Contract Performance: This is anticipated to be awarded as a one-year contract, with four additional option years that may be exercised by the Government. The location of performance is Hickory County, Missouri 65668. Additional details are set forth in the accompanying performance work statement. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria to be included are detailed in Section M of the solicitation. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Alt I) applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision.
