PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS Wappapello Lake Facility Infrastructure Construction & Maintenance IDIQ CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, MO 63104 POINT OF CONTACT: Mary Ann Coventry, Contract Specialist, mary.a.coventry@usace.army.mil PROPOSED SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912P924B0009 PLACE OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE: Wayne and Butler Counties, Wappapello Lake, Wappapello, Missouri COMPETITION SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted TYPE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price, IDIQ PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 5 (One-Year) Ordering Periods, plus optional 6-month extension ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE (ORDERING PERIOD): $1,000,000-$5,000,000 TOTAL CUMULATIVE MAXIMUM CAPACITY: $24,000,000 PRODUCT OR SERVICE CODE (PSC): Z2QA � Repair or Alteration of Restoration of Real Property (Public or Private) NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this is effort is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.� The Small Business Administration small business size standard for NAICS code 237990 is $45 million annual average receipts (total or gross income) over the past three years. DESCRIPTION: The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all plant, labor, operators, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies and material, and incidentals to satisfactorily perform and provide rehabilitation, repair, construction, and maintenance functions at the Wappapello Lake Project. Required work includes but is not limited to earthwork operations, borrow operations, care of water, turfing, various stone surfacing/placement, concrete work, waste disposal, boring operations, procurement and installation of structures, and rehabilitation, repair, and maintenance of roads, parking lots, trails, campgrounds, flood risk components, drainage structures, water/sewer/electrical utilities, grounds, facilities, assets, and shorelines as specified in task orders issued against this contract. SOLICITATION: The solicitation is expected to be available on or about January 2, 2024.� The proposal submission date and time will be contained in the solicitation package. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the information on the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov/.
