- SOLICITTAION: U.S. Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) Nomenclature: �Motor Vehicle Towbar Solicitation Number: �W56HZV-23-R-0181 This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized throughout the term of the agreement. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) included within this solicitation.� The TDP is distribution code �C�, which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. �All interested contractors must have valid and accurate accounts within SAM and JCP to request and receive access to this information. All contractors who provided goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).� You may register or obtain further information via the Internet at: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/loginFAQ.jsf Offerors are encouraged to review the entire requirement for the following items prior to submitting any proposal. To be considered for award, return one (1) signed copy of your offer by the due date and time indicated in the associated SAM.gov posting.� Interested offerors shall submit a proposal via electronic mail with the subject header as follows: Proposal Submission � W56HZV-23-R-0181 (company name). Offers must be valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days after the solicitation closing date and time. This solicitation, when processed, will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.� Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.� The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the internet in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
