Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT UNDER A BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)�proposes to acquire services to Upgrade the Fire Life Safety and Fall Protection Systems at SLC ATCT, 1201 N 4000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. The Rough Order of Magnitude is between $100,000.00 - $500,000.00. The FAA intends to award an Order to a given contractor under an Agency-wide Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Competitive offers will be solicited from three vendors utilizing a combined 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with AMS T3.6.1 and 3.6.1-16 NOTICE OF COMBINED SET-ASIDE and is not available for full and open competition.� All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to Contracting Officer. All correspondences must contain the Annoucement number in the subject line.� TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Note: The FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS).
