- ****The Statement of Work has been updated today 12/22/23 at 9:20am.� The due date for proposals has now been extended to 01/05/24 at 3pm CST.� Thank you. ***** The John Pershing VA Medical Center located in Poplar Bluff MO, is looking to establish a service contract for Medical Waste Disposal for the VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff and their associated clinics located in Cape Girardeau, MO West Plains, MO, Sikeston, MO, Farmington, MO and Paragould Arkansas. Please see Section B for the Price/Cost schedule and Section D for the Statement of Work Details. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award, Five Year Indefinite Delivery � Indefinite Quantity with five 12 month ordering periods. Ordering periods to be issued at the discretion of the government. First ordering Period will begin 06-01-2024.
