- W912EE - DESCRIPTION OF WORK: �The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, required to�complete Emergency Repairs at Arkabutla Dam. the principal features of work include mobilization and demobilization; concrete removal; excavation and backfill; control of water; installation of relief wells, piezometers, concrete, and erosion�control; storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection. THIS SOLICITATION CONTAINS DEFINITIVE RESPONSIBLITY CRITERIA AS A PRECONDITION TO AWARD (SEE THE DETERMINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THE SOLICIATION). The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. �
