We ve been conditioned by bidding mostly in Altoona, Pittsburgh, Lebanon and NY that most bids are delivered via email, so I wanted to verify. This will be a hard bid. Are there any special directions concerning what you d like submitted with the bid documents? For instance, should the price be put in box 17 on the SF1442 or should it be placed in the Price/Cost Schedule on page 6 of the solicitation? Should all 74 pages of the solicitation be submitted, or should we stick to the SF1442, perhaps the Price/Cost Schedule and the necessary VAAR and FAR Regulations that require signature? Page 19 indicates that FAR 52.204-7 is incorporated so paragraph d of FAR 52.204-8 on page 22 applies, and we have completed the reps and certs on SAM. I do see that page 7 requires an EMR letter. The bid should be submitted in Block 17 on page 2 of the SF1442. The following documents shall be provided in physical form at the time of bid opening: a. SF1442 with information completed by offeror on page 2. b. EMR Rating c. VAAR 852.219-75 (Page 42-44) completed by offeror. d. FAR 52.209-7 (Page 26-27) paragraph (b) filled out by offeror. e.
