Description

The 144FW is requesting a service to inspect and correct Monaco Enterprises Inc, fire protection system (fire panels and devices) deficiencies for nineteen (19) buildings at the 144th Air National Guard (ANG) Base. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response.� This requirement is being solicited unrestricted allowing for full and open competition. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.� Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email.�All quotes must be sent to the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified.�Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date.�In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid for 30 days. Site Visit Notice: A site visit will be available on 3 January 2023 at 9am. Approved participates shall meet at the West gate near 5323 E McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. All potential attendees must complete DBIDS pre-enrollment. https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page A background review will be performed and only participants that have been cleared by security will be allowed to attend the site visit. Provide a list of DBIDS pre-enrolled attendees 5 business days before the site visit. If a confirmation has not been provided contact our office prior to the site visit to verify base access.
