Description

*** This notice is for PRESOLICITATION purposes *** Document Package to follow. This procurement is for the labor, equipment, and material required for calibrations temperature uniformity tests and system accuracy tests per AMS2750E on industrial furnaces/ovens located throughought the manufacturing area of WVA. This acquisition will be a Performance Based Acquisition. Successful measures for this procurement will be the certification reports completed on furnaces and ovens meeting the minimum tolerances allowed by specifications per the performance work scope and AMS2750E In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-Watervliet (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
