- ESCORT FORMS ARE DUE TO GSA BY FRIDAY, JANUARY 5, 2024 AT 12/NOON (AZT).� THESE ARE MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.�� The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to complete the FBI Loading Dock Alterations project at Federal Bureau of Investigation Phoenix Building, AZ, solicitation 47PK0724R0010. An offer must be submitted electronically to GSA (angela.mccord@gsa.gov and cc� robert2.martinez@gsa.gov) no later than 4:00 PM AZT on January 31, 2024. SITE WALK IS MANDATORY FOR THIS CONTRACT:� Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 10:30am (AZT).� To attend the site walk, a FBI Escorted Access Form must be completed for all contractors attending the site visit.� (found in solicitation documents). The estimated price range of this solicitation is $25,000 to $100,000. The basis for award of this contract will be Trade Off. See solicitation package for full details.
