Description

Notice of Intent to Solicit and Negotiate with One Source In accordance with FAR 5.201, this is a Presolicitation Notice to notify industry of the Government�s intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Government is pursuing a non-competitive action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Intended Source: National Instruments CORP (NI) 11500 N Mopac EXPY Austin, TX 78759-3504 This procurement is being conducted on behalf of The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Navy�s Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office (PMA-260) located at Patuxent River, MD for the supply of Electronic Consolidated Automated Support System Family of Testers (eCASS FoT). The hardware is needed for eCASS which currently supports PMA-260�s Automatic Test Systems (ATS) Support Equipment. National Instruments CORP (NI)�s proprietary hardware is currently integrated into multiple ATS that are critical to facilitate the development of test programs that are used to provide performance and diagnostics testing for U.S. Navy and Marines systems and seamlessly integrate with the operating environment.
