****************Update as of 1/4/2024*********************** Update Period of Performance: 15 February 2024 ************************************************************* ****************Update as of 1/3/2024*********************** Shipcheck location added: A ship check will be held on 16 January 2024, 0900AM HST at Bravo Pier (B-14), JBPHH, HI.� **************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for proposals (RFP) for a firm fixed price contract for the APC System and Ice Water Dispenser Replacement for the YRBM 54 in accordance with work package HRMC-023-24. The required work shall take place at PHNSY & IMF. The tentative Period of Performance is 15 February 2024 to 30 September 2024. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-24-Q-0014. The pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submissions of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PCS) is J999 Non-Nuclear Ship Repair (West). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 8 January 2024. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-24-Q-0014. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The RSVP shall contain the following: Company Name, Cage Code, Name and Title of Attendee, and Contact number.
