- I. SOURCES SOUGHT SUMBISSION NOTICE This notice will be used to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. In accordance with FAR15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This sources sought is issued solely for conducting market research, making a set aside determination, and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this sources sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs�assocaited with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests. The page limitation for responses is 5 pages. In order to participate in the resulting RFP and to be eligible for an award, the offeror must have (i) a current CAGE Code, (ii) a Uniqe Entity Identifier, (iii) be registered to do business with the Government of the United States in the System for Award Management (SAM), and (iv) not be on the Excluded Parties List. The contemplated eventual contract vehicle will be a multiple award IDIQ with an estimated ceiling of $6,500,000.00. The Government anticipates making award to 1 vendor .II. COMPANY INFORMATION All responses to the sources sought must include the following information: - Company Name - Unique Entity ID - POC Name - Email III. SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS Provide information pertaining to your company's socioeconomic status for federal procurement programs (small, HUBZone, 8(a), Women-owned, veteran-owned, etc) under NAICS�336110 (Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing).� IV. CAPABILITIES STATEMENT Section V includes a description of the deliverables for this requirement. Interested parties must provide evidence that they are capable of shipping the required VEHICLES to the specified destination. The capabilities statement should include: - Narrative examples of experience performing work in the above NAICs code - Narrative examples of delivering the vehicles to Panama.� Responses must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, �no later than the date listed in this announcement.
