Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-023-24. The tentative start date is 15 February 2024 with a delivery date of 30 September 2024. The work shall be performed at JBPHH, HI. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0014. Proposals will be due on 05�February 2024 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2023-06, DFARS (12/22/2023) and NMCARS 18-22. � This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J999 Non-nuclear ship repair (west). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. Questions: All questions regarding solicitation N32253-24-Q-0014 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due by 19 January 2024 0900HST. References: Reference information associated with this requirement are available upon request only. References will be sent via DoD SAFE to the requesting party. Site Visit: A ship check will be held on 16 January 2024, 0900 AM HST at Bravo Pier (B-14), JBPHH, HI. An RSVP is required in order to attend this shipcheck. Please RSVP by 12 January 2024, 0900 am HST to the listed POCs. The RSVP shall contain the following: Company Namr, Cage Code, Name and Title of Attendee, and Contact Number. Proposal Due Date: On or before Monday, 5 February 2024, 0900 HST, Offerors shall submit their proposals via email to the listed POCs. Please note the following for N32253-24-Q-0014: Page 5-6 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission Page 6-7 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.
