Place of Contract Performance:� The intended loading port/place is Tanjun Bin, Malaysia (VITOL Terminal); and the intended discharging ports/places are Fujairah, UAE (EPPCO/ Horizon Terminal) and Doraleh, Djibouti (Horizon Terminal).� The laydays commence 04 February and cancel 05 February 2024, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status:� N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.� MSC�s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
