- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ALS/BLS Ambulance Services Salisbury VA Health Care System (Salisbury, North Carolina) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina, has a requirement for a contractor to provide ALS/BLS Ambulance Services for multiple locations within the Salisbury VA Health Care System (VAHCS). The NAICS code for this action is 621910, Ambulance Services, with an SBA size standard of $19.0m annual revenue.
