- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Military Sealift Command, is negotiating as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SPUR CUTTERS, AS A BRAND NAME, firm, fixed price supply type contract for OEM SPUR MARINE MANUFACTURING, INC. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 1/11/2024 with a closing date on or about 1/19/2024. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home/� � Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer�due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
