Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD) intends to enter into a sole-source firm-fixed price contract with the arrett Container Sys, INC. CAGE 0SWN5 to produce the RAST RSD METAL CONTAINER.� The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 332439. Garrett Container Sys, INC. has commercial design that has been used in the past Part Number GCSRSD125.� NAWCAD, Shipping and Storage, NSN: 8145-01-406-4355, P/N: 427821-1,.� The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1.� This is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this synopsis in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.� Any responses should Reference N68335-24-R-0084.� Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
