Description

AMENDMENT 3: Questions/Answers are posted. PWS Paragraph 5.1 is corrected as follows: Total quantity of hydraulic elevators is changed from 20 to 19. Total quantity of elevators is 21. Elevators located in building P-10720 are changed from 2 story to 3 story. AMENDMENT 2: This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is amended to remove the specific years from the CLIN descriptions in CLINs 0002, 0003, and all related option year CLINs. CLIN structure is changed from Job to Each for CLINs 0002, 0003, and all related option year CLINs. SDVOSB SBA Certification is amended to accept pending certification applications submitted on or before December 31st, 2023 (SDVOSB status must be represented in SAM.) AMENDMENT 1:� This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is amended to include a site visit on 10 January 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Instructions for attendance are listed in paragraph 12 on page 1 of CSS_W911S224U6001_Amendment 1. The site visit is not mandatory. The due date for questions is extended to 12 January 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance and Inspections IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See attached document CSS_W911S224U6001 for the PWS and all applicable FAR, DFARS, and AFARS clauses and provisions. To submit a quote, complete attached document CSS_W911S224U6001 and email to the Government POCs.
