- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation � Request for Proposal for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Itemms for SW Lincenses and support for CONFIGSNAPSHOT.� THis SW is proritary to Rookery Software Ltd located in the UK.� ., Rockery SW is th4 only known firm capable of satisfying the instant requirement.� All supporting documents are provided in the attachment section of this announcement.� THe sole source justification for this action is provided below: Per FAR 6.302-1 subject requirement will be satisfied on a sole source basis with Rookery SW for CONFIGSNAP licenses and support� the licenses and SW maintence is PROPRITARY� to Rookery SW.� ConfigSnapShot products and services are essential to the�Government�s requirement and market research indicates other companies� similar products do not meet, and cannot be modified to meet, the Government�s requirement. These services are required to maintain compatibility of its existing hardware and software infrastructure throughout the Agency.
