Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NO SOLICITATION IS�CURRENTLY PROVIDED. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington anticipates issuing a solicitation for a single award Firm Fixed Price contract to be peformed Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or around 29 Janurary 2024 with a projected close date of 15 February 2024, 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).� The projected site visit will be held at JBLM on Tuesday, 06 February 2024, at 10:00AM PST. Interest attendees with coordinate base access with point of contact provided during solicitation.� Tenative Description of Requirement (details may change once solicition is released) 1. Carpet and Resilient Tile Replacement, Building J01182, 1st Floor.�The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, tools, testing services, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to remove and dispose existing tiles and carpet. After which, the contractor shall install tiles and carpets. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, Statement of Work, Scope of Work, Specifications, and Drawings. 2. The Government intends to include an additive CLIN (Government is not required to exercise an additive CLIN however, all Quoters are required to price the CLIN):� Contractor shall uninstall and remove all furniture on the first floor of Building 1182 and store in the Government predesignated space. Once the Contractor completes CLIN 0001 and receive notice from the Contracting Officer, the contractor shall reinstall and move all furniture back to the first floor of Building 1182.
