Description

USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) for the position Digital Technology and Civic Activism (DTCA) Advisor, GS-14 Grade Equivalent, for USAID�s Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Bureau. The position is designated as remote work eligible. The DTCA Advisor will provide support to the Washington-based Civil Society and Media Office by being an expert in understanding the impact of digital technologies on civic space, and in fostering open, secure, and inclusive digital ecosystems, and advancing the DRG Bureau's efforts to address the gap in knowledge and capacities around Information and Communications Technologies, including social media, and in digital security issues. The solicitation will be published on System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties are advised to periodically monitor this website for updates on this potential opportunity. All necessary information will be supplied at the time the solicitation is issued. USAID will not respond to any questions or requests for information until the solicitation is issued.
