- INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE AND THE FORMAL SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.� The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside.� The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $47.0M.� Description of Work:� The work consists of removal and disposal of trash/waste, and recycling services (base plus four option years) for NOAA/NEFSC located at 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA 02543 and 32 Jonathan Bourne Drive, Pocasset, MA 02559, as specified in the solicitation and statement of work.� Department of Labor Wage Determination (as incorporated) is applicable to the work. Period of Performance (base plus (4) Option Years):�� 15 February 2024 through 14 February 2029. Solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside, Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-046 effective December 4, 2023.� This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.� The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable based on price and non-price evaluation factors (Price & Past Performance). �The solicitation number is 1333MF�23�Q0007? Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon the contractors to monitor the SAM.gov site for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. The anticipated award date will be on or around February 8, 2024 .� This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 (Commercial Acquisition) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition)). All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered and active within SAM. Award will not be issued to vendors not actively registered within SAM. �For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site:� https://www. https://sam.gov/content/home.
