- Amendment 0001: Amendment is issued to incorporate revised Statement of Work 16 Jan 2024 and provide updated questions and answers, as of 16 Jan 2024. Site Visit Information A formal site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET at the government facilities, which are located at 3041 East Cornwallis Road, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709. Site Visit POC: Ronald Barr Email:�ronald.barr@usda.gov Phone:�919-549-4003 Description of Requirement Janitorial Services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) at the frequencies and standards identified in the SOW and Schedule of Items. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with four option years.� Bio Based This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories.
