- The Bureau of Land Management requires (22) standard 6-foot picnic tables/benches, four (4) ADA 8-foot picnic tables/benches, and (26) ADA campfire rings to be delivered to the BLM Moab Field Office, 82 E Dogwood Ave. Moab, UT 84532. Item 0001 - (22 EA) Standard 6-foot Picnic Tables/benches -For full specs, see the Attachment/Links section, SOL 140L5724Q0013 Page (5-6) Item 0002 - (4 EA) ADA 8-foot Picnic Tables/Benches -For full specs, see the Attachment/Links section, SOL 140L5724Q0013 Pages (5-6) *NOTE: Some manufacturer's standard table design may meet the accessibility requirement given above. It is acceptable for the entire order to be the same model of table, provided that the ADA requirements for the tables can be met. Item 0003 - (26 EA) ADA Campfire Rings -For full specs, see the Attachment/Links section, SOL 140L5724Q0013 Page (6) Item 0004 - Shipping/Handling for all items to: Bureau of Land Management, Moab Field Office, 82 E Dogwood Ave. Moab, UT 84532. Delivery within 45 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) is required. ***OPTIONAL Item 0050 - OPTIONAL-Price of Expedited Shipping and Handling to Help Meet Delivery On or Before 45-day ARO Requirement. Submission Instructions: 1. You must read the attachment Sol-140L5724Q0013 for full solicitation details. 2. Questions must be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Sarah Hancey at shancey@blm.gov no later than 5:00pm MST on January 22, 2024. 3. Quotes must be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Sarah Hancey at shancey@blm.gov no later than 5:00pm MST on Tuesday January 30, 2024. 4. Quoters shall submit signed and dated SF-18 with submitted quotes. 5. Quoters shall acknowledge all amendments by returning a signed copy of any amendments to this solicitation. 6. This requirement is a total small business set aside. Quoters must have a valid SAM registration and be a Small Business to be considered eligible for award. 7. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price award.
