- Description for Solicitation 36C25724Q0093-011924 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.� Solicitation 36C25724Q0093-011924 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for inspection and certification of biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, and histology tables in North Texas facilities.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 and VAAR 2008-37. The NAICS is 541380 with a size standard of $19M; PSC is H199. This is a small business set aside. See the attached terms and conditions for the following information: List of Line Items, Description of Requirement, Period of Performance, Statement of Work (SOW), Instructions to Offerors (52.212-1), and Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (52.212-2).� Quotes are due by January 24, 2024 @ 12 p.m. CST and shall be submitted to Marzetta Austin, marzetta.austin@va.gov.� Questions are due by January 22, 2024 @ 2:00 pm CST and shall be submitted to Marzetta Austin, marzetta.austin@va.gov. Any resultant award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449 and will include Sections B, C, and D. Section E will be removed at time of award.
