UPDATE: Special Item Number (SIN) 541519 Credential Service Provider (CSP) Office Hours Notice The General Services Administration (GSA) will be conducting office hours sessions starting January 29th, through February 1st, in support of the SIN 541519CSP Request For Information (RFI):https://feedback.gsa.gov/jfe/form/SV_3BHE1iQQLHsgtCe. � These office hours will be an opportunity for GSA and industry to discuss technical capabilities and pricing models as well as feedback on the draft Capabilities Template, and SIN Description. � There are sixteen (16), one-hour slots available on a first-come first-served basis. Respondents may sign up for a slot using the following link: https://calendar.app.google/73T6kYoUAMQQGYrt9 Frequently Asked Questions: 1) Who should attend the office hours? Ideally, the government would like to have discussions with vendor representatives, who have in-depth technical and pricing expertise about the solutions they offer. The Office Hours are solely for questions related to the RFI and related documents. The Office Hours are not intended for a sales demonstration. 2) How many people from my organization can attend the office hours? Please limit the number of attendees to no more than three (3) people. 3) Can my company book more than one slot? No. The Office Hours slots are limited to one per solution provider. IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Office Hours are part of a government market research effort and should be understood as such. It is important for all participants to acknowledge and understand the following points: 1) Preliminary Nature of Discussion: The information exchanged during this discussion is part of preliminary market research. This is not a solicitation for proposals and does not constitute an assurance that a procurement action will be issued in this matter. 2) No Obligation or Commitment: Participation in this market research is voluntary. Description: On behalf of the General Services Administration, GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement: This survey is a follow-on request for information for the creation of a new SIN that addresses Credential Service Provider (CSP) offerings under GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) as detailed within the SIN's description. There is a specific need for ID proofing services that comply with NIST SP 800-63 requirements. Responding to this survey will assist the government in developing the most appropriate SIN structure. The proposed SIN will offer agencies component (identity proofing, authentication, identity management, or federation) or full credentialing services that meet NIST SP 800-63 Digital Identity Guidelines requirements.
