- DEVIL'S ELBOW DRY STORAGE GARAGE REPAIR This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office intends to solicit proposals for the reprocurement of a terminated contract. Work included in this project includes, but is not exclusive to, repairing a pre-engineered steel building at the Devil�s Elbow Campground located at 5988 York Rd, Helena, Montana 59602. The building is a 50� x 45� boat and vehicle storage building. The project includes repair of improper installation of pre-engineered building components, grading and sloping excavation banks, removal and installation of approximately 10 cu. yds of reinforced concrete and bollards, electrical lighting and HVAC installation verification, and all other site work needed for completion of the project to meet the project SOW, specifications, and drawings. The estimated price range for this reprocurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. BLM anticipates issuing the RFP as a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238110 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision will be included in the solicitation. All specifications, requirements, drawings, evaluation criteria, etc. will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around 6 February 2024 at https://sam.gov. Award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror(s). No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. Please check the solicitation for more information and all required documentation to be submitted.
