- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911WN24Q3006. It is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730 � Landscaping Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $9,500,000 and PSC � S208 Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� Any resultant contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price, and only one award is anticipated. Contractors must be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by the Request for Quote due date in order to receive any federal contract award (visit www.sam.gov to register). Registration is free. Please ensure your annual SAM registration is current. If it has expired, or will expire soon, PLEASE START THE RENEWAL PROCESS TODAY if you intend to submit a quote. The Government requires tree removal service as indicated on the Performance Work Statement..� Quote is acceptable using the format provided and standard pricing (2 figures to the right of the decimal), via email to lrp.contracting@usace.army.mil and Andrew Hill at andrew.s.hill@usace.army.mil.� Subject: Quote W911WN24Q3006.
