Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of�Financial Services (OFS) requires continued Operations and Maintenance system to support the services for�management, accounting and collection of HUD Title I debts and other Federal Housing�Authority (FHA) �generic"" debts. A� six month bridge contract is required to avoid a lapse in services until the Debt Collections and Asset Management System (DCAMS) services may be�recompeted to establish a new contract.� �At this time, Leidos Inc., the incumbent, owning the current Debt Collection and Asset�Management System (DCAMS), is the only vendor that can provide uninterrupted support.� Thus, a bridge contract was established.� �A copy of the Limited Source Justification (LSJ) is attached.
