- Solicitation W911SA-24-R-3001 will be issued on Thursday, 28 December 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Maintenance, Repair, Administration, Logistics and Training Support Services (MRALS) at Multiple location in the USA. The performance period is 01 March �2023 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2025 with a 30 day phase in period four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to Jeremy.l.berlin.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.� As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.� The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information Completed documents submitted as stated Instructions to Offerors Completed Price Schedule Attachment & Priced Staffing Matrix (both Tabs). Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Place of Performance; Multiple locations � See Attachment 6, Army Reserve Facility Location Listing ***A site visit WILL NOT be held Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Tuesday, January 16th 2024. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Amendment 1 was posted in order to�provide answers to vendor questions, update POC email, add Key Personnel (Alternate Program Manager (APM), increase document Page Limits from 10 to 25 pages and update wage determinations.� Amendment 2 was posted in order to�provide answers to vendor questions, correct typos, and update technical exhibit attachment numbers within the PWS.� Amendment 3 was [psted om prder to extend the offer due date from Monday, January 29, 2024 to Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 10:00 am Central Standard Time (CST); provide responses to vendor questions; update PWS 1.12.5. background check requirements; update Attachment 1, Price Schedule CLIN 1003 quantity from 11 to 12 months; and to update Attachment 1 Priced Staff Matrix Row F Header 1. WD to Direct Labor Rate and update the Direct Labor Rate Row 66 instruction. Amendment 4 was posted in order to respond to vendor questions, make upates to PWS references of Administrative Assistant and change to General Clerk III, and update section L and M references of Project managers to Program Managers, and Update Wage Determination discrepancies on Attachment 1 Priced Staff Matrix and Attachment 13 Wage Determination for Anniston Alabama, Birmingham Alabama, Orlando Florida, Juana Diaz Puerto Rico.
